All the products will be put through a production process; therefore, there will be a handling time on them.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If an item is delivered, we will inform you immediately and use reasonable efforts to minimize the delay.
Shipping Method:
We mainly use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.
Tracking:
We offer tracking so you can follow its adventures until it reaches you.
Undeliverable Packages:
Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.

Out-of-Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
