30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with your Hadea order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products may be opened — we trust you to try them.
How to start a return
Please email us first before returning anything. We process returns through Amazon — do not ship items to our business address without a return label.
- Email contact@hadea.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (Amazon returns process).
- Ship the item back using the provided label. Return shipping is covered unless otherwise stated.
- Once we receive it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is already in fulfillment and will need to be returned after delivery.
