Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

• United States: Flat $5 standard shipping. Free shipping on orders $50+. Delivery in 3–6 business days.
• Canada: Flat $12. Delivery in 7–14 business days.
• International: Calculated at checkout. Delivery in 10–21 business days. Duties & taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us and we'll investigate.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date at contact@hadea.shop with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check it — we can't reroute packages once they've shipped, and re-shipments for incorrect addresses are at the customer's expense.
